If you are part of The Seed Year challenge, there are two check-ins posted, make sure you read them and add your replies. As I stated in the last post, we will be begin to work on 2 things in the group, one, the Metamorphoziz Chamber, which is a prerequisite of all my courses and challenges. As far as my intentions today, I will be working on rebuilding the ecosystemz here on the site, and expanding on the wellness dimension pages. If you have not taken any of the assessments, check out the ones posted under the Wellness Tab. Each assessment is designed to help you gain insight on what each dimensions entails and how it plays a role in your wellness.
