Time: Some time before RA rise

As I sit here, listening to classical music, burning a Clarity incense, in the still and peaceful early hours, suddenly it comes to me, what my next lessons are. I see and understand the many facets of environmental wellness, as it expands into: intellectual, emotional, physical, cultural, and social wellness dimensions. I think I’ll discuss it in a way to bring more awareness to digital wellness as well, our digital environment is becoming increasingly more of a nuisance than I think we realize.
