Peace & Wellness & Happy New Day!
As y’all know Friday is My Holy Day, so I typically keep business at a minimum. This 11:11 Alignment is more about being in alignment with self, home, and family. I usually do this as an audio recording but my household is quiet now and I want to keep the calm energy flowing.
I guess the best way to talk about being in alignment with self, home, and family, is to talk a little bit about my Friday Flow.
Self
You will hear me say this quite often, especially now that I am starting a Self-Care Journaling Series. You should practice Self-Care EveryDay, it is a Daily Act of Self-Love! Some acts like hygiene are a given but Self-Care stretches far beyond being clean and look good. It’s in these quiet moments that I like to reflect and plan, it allows me to be super-focused before the loudness and distractions of the day start to peak, in fact, I intentionally get up before everyone starts moving around so that I can reflect and meditate in peace and focus on Self-Care.
Home
Of course, soon everyone will be moving around, looking to break fast, and this is when I shift from self care to home and family. The home and family both need managing daily as well. After breakfast, I take time to clean up, the kitchen mainly, but any other place that needs tidied.
Business & Communities
Like I said I keep business to a minimal on Fridays, AND throughout the weekend. I may do 2-3 business tasks and check in with my communities, before working on the tasks I need to complete at home.
Speaking of community, if you are in The Seed Year Challenge, let’s get into alignment, there are 2 check-ins so I know we are on the same page and moving forward.
And please, if you can help with planning or participate in our Earth Day Celebration, please join TREE, and check the Earth Day tab
Family
I will start cooking supper around 4-4:30, Supper time is also when we have our Friday Family Meeting. After dinner, we have a short Holy Day lesson, then move on to gaming, movies, or a family outing.
And this part of my balancing strategy, as I spoke about on Wednesday, in Words of Wellness Episode 4 - Balance in Imbalance. Making sure I take out time to check in and care for myself. Then nurturing and providing nourishment to my offspring. Checking in with them weekly, helps me make sure that we are on the same page as a family, helps me learn and understand what they are thinking, ensures that they are on the right path, learning and getting what they need. This also gives me a chance to help them gain more clarity, course correct them, if need be, and spend quality time with them, making lasting memories.
Alright y’all, I hope you are moving through intentionally and not skipping out on Self-Care, because the True Wealth is Truly in Wellness, and Cultivating Wellness is Self-Care. Until We Speak Again, Keep Sowing & Growing, & Stay as Balanced & Well as You Possibly Can.
